After more than two decades running her own design studio, Betsy saw firsthand how many talented designers struggled with the complexity of managing projects.
Through years of experience — and one particularly demanding project that forced her to rethink everything — she developed a structured system for planning projects, communicating with clients and contractors, and managing design work clearly.
That system eventually became the Design Roadmap System, now taught through Designer Sanity.
Today Betsy helps designers bring calm and clarity to their work so they can lead projects with confidence and enjoy their careers again.
