Introducing To Do List 911

Nov 19, 2021

Do you have more on your to-do list this week than is humanly possible to complete? Are you spinning around in circles, too overwhelmed to take action? You're having a to-do list emergency! Don't worry, we’ve all been there.  I’m so excited to announce that I’ve created a free new resource for you.  It’s called To Do List 911, and you can download it for free here.

To Do List 911 has everything you need to go from spinning around in circles to checking your items off the list.  These are emergency measures for when drastic action must be taken to whittle down your list right now.

Today I’m going to give you a sneak peek into To Do List 911 and show you the steps I take when I’m feeling completely overwhelmed!

What you’ll get

First, I know you’re already overwhelmed, so I’ve kept this short and sweet.  There are 3 worksheets to help you.  Just fill in the blanks, and at the end you’ll have an actionable plan.

Worksheet 1: To Do List 911 Checklist

Because I know you’re overwhelmed and you don’t know where to start, the first worksheet is a checklist that breaks everything down into simple baby steps you can complete even when your head is spinning. I’ve got you, I’ve done this, and I’m going to hold your hand so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel!

Worksheet 2: To Do List Triage Worksheet

Triage is what they do in an emergency room when they have more patients than staff to help them. They ask a series of questions to get help where it is most needed.  We're going to do the same thing here.  The To Do List Triage Worksheet takes you through a series of questions that will help you slash this week's list down by half or more.  I include some helpful tips just for kitchen and bath designers that I’ve used in my own business.

 Worksheet 3: Weekly Action Planner

A list isn’t much help without an actual plan.  The Weekly Action Planner is what I’ve used in my own business to get my to-do’s into a realistic plan that I can actually get done.

This is what I use

We’re in a busy season in our industry right now, and we’re all feeling overworked and stressed.  I know what it’s like to be so overwhelmed that you can’t even think straight… times when you’re just spinning like a top, wasting even more time because you’re too overwhelmed to make a plan.

Over the years, I’ve come up with tactics in my own business to help me in those situations.  To Do List 911 is a compilation of the strategies I use in my own business when I need to calm the chaos and make a plan to get my work done.  I’m so excited to offer it as a free resource to help you when you’re feeling overwhelmed too.
