By joining Designer Sanity Circle, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a respectful, supportive, and productive community for all members.

1. Community Guidelines

🌟 Respect & Kindness: Treat all members with professionalism, respect, and kindness. Disagreements may happen, but personal attacks, harassment, or negativity will not be tolerated.

🤝 Collaboration Over Competition: This is a supportive space where we help each other grow. Be generous with your knowledge and open to learning from others.

🔒 Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group. This includes coaching discussions, business strategies, and personal experiences shared by other members. Do not share, screenshot, or distribute any confidential content outside the membership.

🗣️ Constructive Contributions: Engage in discussions with an open mind and positive intent. No unsolicited pitching or self-promotion—this space is about mutual support, not sales.

💡 Privacy & Boundaries: Respect others' privacy. Do not share members' personal or business information without consent.

2. Membership Access & Payments

💳 Billing: Your membership is billed monthly, and you may cancel anytime. Access to materials, live sessions, and the community will remain available as long as your membership is active.

⏳ No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and coaching, no refunds will be issued for previous payments. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period.

📚 Intellectual Property: All resources, templates, and course materials are for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose these materials for resale or use in your own programs.

3. Participation & Engagement

🎤 Live Sessions: Participation in Power Hour, Group Coaching, and Mastermind Fridays is encouraged but optional. Replays may be available, but live engagement fosters the best results.

🚀 Personal Responsibility: This membership provides tools and guidance, but success depends on your commitment and effort. There is no guaranteed outcome, as every business and designer is unique.

4. Violations & Termination

🚫 Breaking the Rules: If you violate these terms, you may receive a warning. Repeated or severe violations may result in removal from the membership without a refund.

⚖️ Right to Modify Terms: Designer Sanity reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
